The Role:

We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic individual to join our Schools Management leadership team and NEET Management team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for assisting with curriculum management, quality assurance, budgeting, staff deployment, performance management, and learner management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the management of curriculum, quality, budgeting, staff deployment, performance management, and learner management.
  • Collaborate with managers to ensure high-quality teaching, learning, and outcomes within the respective areas.
  • Support the manager to embed a consistent approach to learner management.
  • Represent the college in various stakeholder groups and networks.

About You:

  • Recognized teaching qualification (PGCE or equivalent)
  • Degree or equivalent relevant qualification
  • Knowledge of current issues facing FE colleges, including curriculum developments, with a strong appreciation of schools curriculum and the NEET agenda.
  • Knowledge of developing curriculum to enhance progression and employability prospects.
  • Experience of leading projects or teams.
