Welsh Language Engagement Officer

The RoleWe are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a Welsh Language Engagement Officer. This is a full-time, fixed-term position for two years, with a competitive salary and benefits package.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategies to promote bilingual skills and Welsh language awareness among learners.
- Advise and encourage students to pursue courses through the medium of Welsh or bilingually, and deliver language awareness sessions.
- Support learners studying through the medium of Welsh or bilingually, and work with teaching staff to assist fluent Welsh students.
We are looking for an individual with experience in mentoring, a strong command of the Welsh language, and a passion for promoting Welsh language and culture. You should possess good interpersonal and organisational skills, and be able to work effectively in a team environment.
