Vibe Recruit are looking for Office Administrator to join our client in Merthyr Tydfil. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily administrative operations of the office.

Full time position.

Monday to Friday 7.30am-4.30pm

Pay rate: 11.44 per h

Responsibilities:

- Perform general office duties, including answering phones, responding to emails, and managing mail
- Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies
- Handle data entry tasks with a high level of accuracy
- Organize and maintain physical and digital files
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure compliance with established policies

Skills:

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
- Excellent data entry skills
- Knowledge of clerical procedures and systems such as filing and record keeping
- Ability to operate standard office equipment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Professional phone etiquette
