This role offers a unique opportunity for you to work at the forefront of digital transformation within the supply chain.

You will collaborate with a diverse team of supply chain experts, data analysts, software developers, and product leaders to understand our customer types of requirements and the systems we implement. As businesses increasingly adopt digital solutions, your expertise will be pivotal in selecting a compatible digital system that will streamline and improve efficiencies and innovation across our clients' supply chain processes.
You will support on all aspects of the optimisation and implementation lifecycle, from discovery, design, and integration through to onboarding, post go-live support and maintenance, ensuring digital platforms and integrations are tailored to client needs, and are delivered on time and within budget.
You will deliver product advice to our clients from our Telford office and on client sites. As this role involves regular travel and overnight stays, a full driving licence is an essential requirement for this role.

Support with discovery/scoping sessions with clients to understand their business processes and system requirements for a new ERP system.
Xero, Shopify etc.,) Deliver system demonstrations, training programs, and User Acceptance Training (UAT) in advance of the go-live date.
Undertake functional, integration, and automated testing, so to ensure integrity of data, prior to go-live.
Serve as an ongoing technical resource, providing post-implementation support and troubleshooting to ensure system stability and user satisfaction.
Responsible for performing day-to-day maintenance on the ERP system, installing new upgrades, and testing for bugs to ensure system efficiency.
Strong numerical, analytical, and logical thinking skills with the ability to scrutinise data, problem solve, and challenge anomalies.
Full driving licence required due to regular travel with occasional overnight stays required to client sites to undertake scoping, training, and support to ensure successful product implementation.
Some previous digital ERP/MRP Stock/Inventory experience, preferably in CIN7/DEAR, MRPEasy, or similar related products.
Proven experience in data migration.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, so to keep work flowing, and minimising problems or delays.
