About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work at the forefront of digital transformation within the supply chain. As a key member of our team, you will collaborate with a diverse group of experts to understand our clients' requirements and implement digital solutions that streamline and improve their supply chain processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support clients in discovery and scoping sessions to understand their business processes and system requirements for a new ERP system.
  • Deliver system demonstrations, training programs, and User Acceptance Training (UAT) in advance of the go-live date.
  • Undertake functional, integration, and automated testing to ensure data integrity prior to go-live.
  • Provide ongoing technical support and troubleshooting to ensure system stability and user satisfaction.
  • Perform day-to-day maintenance on the ERP system, install new upgrades, and test for bugs to ensure system efficiency.
Requirements
  • Strong numerical, analytical, and logical thinking skills with the ability to scrutinize data, problem solve, and challenge anomalies.
  • Full driving license required due to regular travel with occasional overnight stays to client sites.
  • Desirable: previous digital ERP/MRP Stock/Inventory experience, preferably in CIN7/DEAR, MRPEasy, or similar related products.
