Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand client requirements and implement digital solutions
  • Design and implement advanced analytics and AI-driven solutions to streamline logistics and inventory management
  • Develop and deliver training programs to ensure seamless system adoption
  • Provide ongoing technical support and troubleshooting to ensure system stability and user satisfaction
  • Perform day-to-day maintenance on ERP systems, installing new upgrades and testing for bugs
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in digital ERP/MRP Stock/Inventory management, preferably in CIN7/DEAR, MRPEasy, or similar related products
  • Strong numerical, analytical, and logical thinking skills with the ability to scrutinize data, problem solve, and challenge anomalies
  • Full driving license required due to regular travel with occasional overnight stays
