Since 1993, we’ve funded projects in over 100 countries — providing food, medical aid, education, Bibles, disaster relief and hope to millions of our brothers and sisters in Christ. We are seeking a Projects Administrator to join our dynamic Projects team, supporting work across the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region. You’ll play a vital role in assessing project proposals, managing grants, tracking budgets, and ensuring that every project delivers meaningful impact for those in need. Key Responsibilities Support the Projects Manager in evaluating and monitoring projects across MENA. Review project proposals for alignment with Barnabas’ mission, feasibility and impact. Administer grants from approval through to completion and reporting. Maintain strong relationships with project partners, providing ongoing guidance and support. Track budgets and prepare financial and project reports. Contribute to disaster response activities and humanitarian initiatives. About You Experience in administration , ideally within a charity or NGO setting. Arabic speaker with excellent communication and organisational skills. Proficient in MS Office and confident managing multiple priorities. Strong attention to detail and a collaborative, proactive approach. Passionate about serving the persecuted Church and aligned with Barnabas Aid’s Vision, Mission, Values and Statement of Faith.
