The fund covers a diverse range of products to include, Fixed Income, Equity, Credit Derivatives and IRS.

The fund has a global reach with offices in US, APAC and headquartered in London.

This is a standout opportunity to gain experience to qualify as a lawyer whilst working in an house team of elite leading legal and compliance professionals. Given the seasoned experience in the team, this person will have a step, yet hugely supportive learning curve. Similarly, given the more nimble set up of the team, this person will have huge visibility across a number of different legal matters.

Key duties will include but not limited to;
Providing legal support across all corporate and fund legal matters across all business entities.
Drafting and negotiating trading documentation with relevant external vendors.
Investigating and researching new trading strategies, new markets and new regions.
Advising on the marketing and distribution of products.
Support across the entire business on all corporate controls, both negotiations, drafting, amending and final sign off.
Corporate regulatory filings.
Corporate governance tasks.
Daily liaising with front office trading teams and heads of departments.

Experience required
Strong academics, law qualification, postgraduate diploma in legal practice or similar qualification, would be advantageous.
LPC or degree plus two years' full-time (or equivalent) qualifying work experience.
Hungry to complete the Solicitors Qualifying Examination (SQE) and training contract.
Internship/Industrial placement in legal cantered duties.
