Your Role To further strengthen our commercial presence in the United Kingdom and Ireland, we are looking for an experienced and driven Country Manager UK & Ireland. You build and maintain relationships, strengthen our market position, and ensure excellent commercial execution. With a strong understanding of the building industry, you engage with architects, contractors, tilers, distributors/VAR’s (Value Added Resellers) and other key stakeholders. You identify opportunities, develop strategic and operational plans, safeguard a healthy pipeline, and take ownership of achieving commercial targets. You combine commercial with technical credibility, enabling you to advise clients on design, application, and sustainability aspects of Mosa’s products. Key Responsibilities Translate the commercial strategy into actionable business plans for the UKI region. Develop and grow the market through strong customer engagement and structured lead follow-up. Build long-term relationships with key stakeholders and influence specification of Mosa products. Manage pricing and discounts within agreed parameters and maintain a transparent, reliable sales pipeline. Analyse customer needs and decision-making structures to identify opportunities and shape multi-year account plans. Strengthen and support our distributor network, ensuring alignment with Mosa’s goals and commercial standards. Achieve volume, revenue, and margin targets across the full product portfolio, while monitoring market and competitor trends. Provide technical and commercial training in collaboration with Marketing and Technical teams. Act as the central liaison between customers and internal teams, ensuring smooth coordination and high service levels. Conduct business reviews, capture customer feedback, and drive continuous improvement across the customer journey. Your Background Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Commercial, International Business or a related field. 5–7 years of experience in specification sales, key account management, or distributor/VAR management. Strong commercial skills and proven experience in dynamic, competitive markets. Excellent command of English. Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred). Willingness to travel up to 20% of your time. Work Environment Remote work with regular customer visits, meetings, and events. Ability to independently manage your schedule and priorities.
