Technology Presales Engineer – Technology Presales Engineer required by expanding Market-Making FinTech within their London office. Operating as a Market-maker the organisation seeks a Technology Presales Engineer with experience of EMS – OMS – Exchange technology to join them as they expand. The Technology Presales Engineer will:
- Work closely with an experienced to build a target pipeline, research, and establish contact with relevant target clients.
- Account Manager
- Product presentation and working directly with prospective clients to support sales team.
- Research and build a contact base with prospective clients.
- Work closely with internal teams to build an understanding of software product offerings and identify timelines for delivery.
- Provide management with revenue projections from the sales pipeline.
- Work with Product Director to maintain relationships and provide account management offering.
- Attend relevant conferences and events to build contacts and knowledge within FinTech space.
The Technology Sales Executive Requirements are:
- A degree in a related subject.
- Technical Account Management - Sales Executive - Presales Engineering background.
- Five + years of commercial financial technology industry experience.
- Experience of OMS – EMS OR MTF.
- Cloud - SaaS - PaaS computing sales experience.
- Demonstratable and proven track record of presales within financial services ideally for an ISV, Exchange, or MTF type business.
- Understanding of regulatory compliance – desirable.
Technology Sales Executive desirable skills :
- Basic understanding of Physical and cloud-based software.
- Trading protocols such as FIX Connectivity – Exchange Connectivity - ITCH
