We are in search of a HR Director at Bibby Financial Services. As a member of the BFS Executive Leadership team you will lead our International People & Organisation Function.
You will join us on a full time, permanent basis and in return, you will receive a competitive salary of £120K and an additional car allowance (£8K) up to 30% annual bonus potential, 30 days annual leave, plus many more benefits.
The role is offered on a hybrid working basis with a minimum of 2 days per week from our Head office based in Banbury, Oxfordshire. Occasional UK/European travel will also be required.

As our HR Director you will be accountable for leading an international team of HR professionals and building and maintaining strategic partnerships with business leaders across BFS.
As the primary people business partner to the BFS CEO you will agree the HR strategy, working with the business leadership team and group HR leadership colleagues, to align both BFS business needs and wider BLG Group HR strategy and drive implementation.
You will be responsive to and anticipate business needs and work with others at Group level to ensure the seamless delivery of HR support, sponsoring and promoting an inclusive organisation culture where our Compass objectives are achieved in line with our Bibby values.
The role has a dual reporting line to the BFS CEO and the Group CPO. As a member of the Group HR Leadership Forum the BFS HR Director will help shape the overall Group People agenda as well being responsible for bringing that agenda to life in a way which supports the BFS business strategy.
As one of the most senior HR roles in the Bibby Line Group we will also be looking for candidates for the BFS HR Director role who can demonstrate potential to develop towards the BLG Chief People Officer role in the future offering opportunity for career development.
What we are looking for in our ideal HR Director:
Extensive experience and track record of success across as a Senior HR Business Partner in a commercial context, particularly in partnering with senior executive leaders and working alongside HR Centres of Expertise to deliver seamless HR support.
Experience of operating and delivering HR solutions in an international business and leading HR communities across multiple countries.
Exceptional stakeholder management skills gained through experience in matrix HR roles where multiple reporting relationships are common and building and maintaining stakeholder relationships are key to achieving positive outcomes.
Demonstrated organisational and team leadership experience necessary, collaborative working style and comfortable delivering results through an extensive network of HR and business contacts, either in direct line or matrixed. The ability to collaborate effectively with HR Centre of Expertise will be particularly valuable in this role.
