We have around 10,000 sales people across the world, within market roles and ranging in areas like Field Sales, Key Accounts, Trade Marketing and Category Development. About The Role Dive into the dynamic world of Revenue Growth Management with Reckitt and be at the forefront of driving growth and elevating brand presence. As an RGM & Activation Lead, you will build and execute go-to-market strategies that resonate with our trade channels and customers. Your responsibilities Develop and implement RGM frameworks to optimise pricing, promotions, and assortment. Analyse market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities.Work with trade and global on pack-price architecture design to maximise value across channels and customer segments. Monitor and evaluate trade investment effectiveness and recommend improvements.Provide/implement data-driven insights and dashboards to support decision-making. Train and upskill commercial teams on RGM tools and methodologies. Collaborate with Finance to ensure accurate forecasting and margin management. Drive continuous improvement by measuring impact and refining strategies. The experience we're looking for Solid background in trade marketing, sales or marketing with a proven track record of crafting compelling trade strategies. Insight driven with a strong understanding of trade channels and consumer behaviour. Excellent ability to analyse data and translate it into actionable strategies. Creative thinker with a results-driven mindset and ability to adapt to market shifts. - Effective communicator and influencer, adept at stakeholder engagement and negotiation. Proficient in using Syndicated Data (e.g., Nielsen / IRI) and tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, and relevant category management software.
