Our Sales teams help to deliver Reckitt's purpose by building shared success with our customers, making access to the highest quality hygiene, wellness, and nourishment possible in-stores and online.
Within Sales, we're focused on achieving outperformance across all of our channels, operating in highly competitive categories. We have around 10,000 sales people across the world, within market roles and ranging in areas like Field Sales, Key Accounts, Trade Marketing and Category Development.
Dive into the dynamic world of Revenue Growth Management with Reckitt and be at the forefront of driving growth and elevating brand presence. As an RGM & Activation Lead, you will build and execute go-to-market strategies that resonate with our trade channels and customers. Develop and implement RGM frameworks to optimise pricing, promotions, and assortment.
Analyse market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities.Provide/implement data-driven insights and dashboards to support decision-making.
Train and upskill commercial teams on  RGM tools and methodologies .
Collaborate with Finance to ensure  accurate forecasting and margin management .
Excellent ability to analyse data and translate it into actionable strategies.
- Creative thinker with a results-driven mindset and ability to adapt to market shifts.
- Proficient in using Syndicated Data (e.g., Nielsen / IRI) and tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, and relevant category management software.
