The Role: We are currently seeking an Events Operations Manager to spearhead our events department. As a key member of our dynamic team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless operations and delivering excellence in event execution. From weddings and business meetings to all sorts of special occasions, you will play a pivotal role in orchestrating memorable experiences for our guests. Key Responsibilities: As an Events Manager you will oversee all aspects of event operations, including planning, execution, and post-event evaluation. Collaborate with various departments to coordinate resources and ensure exceptional service delivery. Lead and motivate a team of event staff, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork. Uphold high standards of presentation and service, consistently exceeding guest expectations. Implement strategic initiatives to optimize event revenue and enhance guest satisfaction. Ideal Candidate Profile: Previous experience in event management within a luxury hotel environment is essential. Strong background in food and beverage operations, with a focus on conferences and banquets. Proven leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and empower team members.
