What You'll Do
As Event Project Manager - Life Science, you'll take charge of a diverse portfolio of events, leading them from concept to execution. You'll work closely with our clients and internal teams to ensure every aspect of the project is aligned with our high standards of quality and excellence.
Your role will include:
Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with pharma clients, ensuring their vision is understood and executed flawlessly.
Project Coordination: Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of various events, including congresses, conferences, and other large-scale gatherings.
Team Management: Define roles and responsibilities, manage timelines, and lead project-specific meetings with clarity and precision.
Supplier Management: Cultivate strong relationships with suppliers, overseeing contracts and ensuring seamless communication.
Onsite Leadership: Be the go-to person during events, leading briefings, troubleshooting, and ensuring all workstreams are on track.
Budget Oversight: Manage complex budgets, track financial changes, and oversee payment schedules to ensure projects stay within scope.
Process Compliance: Ensure adherence to client SLAs, privacy policies, and operational protocols.
What You'll Bring
A background in event project management, preferably with experience in pharma or congress management.
Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong communication skills and the ability to lead teams effectively.
A knack for solving problems and thinking on your feet.
Willingness to travel globally to support events.
Proficiency in managing budgets and tracking project financials.
