Synectics Solutions is experiencing strong growth and we’re seeking an accomplished Strategic Client Success Manager to deepen partnerships with our high-value clients. In this role, you’ll help clients optimise their fraud prevention strategies while enabling them to deliver an exceptional customer experience
Drive client retention and recurring revenue through data-driven insights
Build long-term adoption of Synectics products by scoping future opportunities
Develop account plans that deliver short-, medium-, and long-term value
Understand client sectors and the current and future fraud challenges to shape key initiative
Strong commercial awareness and ROI focus
Proven leadership and stakeholder management skills
Track record of delivering against commercial targets
