About the Role

We are currently seeking an Office Support Coordinator to provide centralized administrative support for facilities, travel, and the Director of People and CFO.

This full-time role is based in person at our JATO Head Office in Uxbridge, with working hours starting from 07:30h.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, providing a warm welcome and professional assistance.
  • Handle incoming calls, mail distribution, and management of office supplies.
  • Maintain a clean and organized office environment, including conference rooms and common areas.
  • Help with facilities management of the office, including acting as a fire marshal and first aider.
  • Assist in arranging lunches, meetings, and events, as required.
  • Provide travel administrative support to Travel Coordinator when required.

Executive Support

  • Provide administrative support to Senior Leadership, including diary management.
  • Coordinate and book meetings, ensuring all participants have the necessary information.
  • Arrange lunches for business meetings, catering to specific dietary requirements as needed.
  • Prepare meeting materials, including agendas, presentations, and documentation of minutes.

This role will also provide ad hoc support to a range of activities held at our head office site.
