We’re looking for an HR Workday Specialist for a 12 Month FTC with one of our Milton Keynes based clients who are currently in the process of introducing Workday into the business. They are now looking for an HR Workday specialist to support the HR team with phase two – supporting the final stages of the implementation and really embedding it into the teams, introducing any additional functionality and ensuring it’s being fully utilised.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Support improvement projects by providing Workday functional expertise.
  • Document, test and help implement any new features on Workday.
  • Advise and troubleshoot on any issues relating to the Workday platform.
  • Support the development of Workday HR reporting.
  • Test Workday’s new feature releases.
  • Recommend new features, enhancements, and upgrades to improve the HR systems functionality and performance.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to test and validate system updates are fit for purpose.
  • Develop and document system processes, policies, and procedures.

Given the nature of the role it’s fundamental that you have significant experience of having worked with and implemented Workday, really understanding how it can be fully utilised and therefore bring value to the HR team. To do this effectively you’ll also have had a background working in HR.

In addition, you’ll be able to demonstrate:

  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Excellent analytical expertise.
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Enjoyment of working in a customer focused, fast-paced business with ever-changing priorities.

This is a hybrid role with 3 days per week on site – so you will be local to Milton Keynes.

Salary c. £45k
