Joining an innovative In-House Real Estate Team, you will work closely with clients to provide end-to-end managed legal services. This firm are looking for a senior associate / managing associate to support a dynamic client portfolio, delivering legal services in new and creative ways. You will act for a leading retail company, managing their property estate with cutting-edge technology and a dedicated team of specialists.

Handle a variety of commercial property matters, including leases, renewals, licenses, and acquisitions.
Support the implementation of legal technology and client self-service projects.

4-7 years' PQE in commercial property and real estate matters.
~ Enthusiasm for innovation and continuous improvement in legal services.
~ Proficiency with legal technology tools.
~ Consideration will also be given to candidates from a commercial background with experience in M&A, licences, lease renewals and general estate management experience.
