Collaborate with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, analysts, architects, and developers to translate requirements into Epics and User Stories
Source and analyze data from across the TDLC (Technology Delivery Life Cycle) to inform design, build training materials, and provide user support
maintain a centralized space for JHI’s agile best practices, process overview, and TDLC tooling guides and TDLC Knowledge base
record and escalate risks and issues impacting the team’s current commitments.
Learn JHI Product Management and Technology Development Life Cycle (TDLC) processes and best practices

from requirements gathering, writing, and executing test cases, presenting (demos) and obtaining sign-off from technical and business stakeholders.
Ability to adapt to new tools, technologies, and evolving business needs.
Familiarity with MS Office tools.

Technologies you will be using:
Experience with SQL or JQL
Experience with Agile ways of working; scrum master experience a plus
Understanding of common software delivery practices
