Responsibilities & day to day duties

As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • This role is a mixture of inbound and outbound calling customers.
  • Following up on enquiries made by the customer and helping them make their decisions on the technical hardware requirements.
  • Understand your customer’s needs and support them to make tailored solutions.
  • Working with a variety of customers from installers, technicians and businesses.
  • Ordering processing and support.
  • Understand technical specifications and sell these products to an existing and new customer base.

Skills & experience required.

  • Similar experience working in a phone environment.
  • Ability to be personable, accountable and problem solver.
  • You will need to have a proactive approach to your work.
