Company Overview: Our client is a dynamic and rapidly growing M&A advisory team specializing in the mid-market space. The dedicated team of professionals is committed to providing comprehensive and strategic M&A solutions to their clients. The successful applicant will play a pivotal role in supporting the Head of the M&A in driving the success and growth of their mid-market focused division. Collaborate with the Head of M&A to identify and evaluate potential acquisition targets and opportunities within the mid-market space.
Lead and participate in due diligence activities, financial analysis, and deal structuring.
Provide leadership to junior team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
Offer guidance and mentorship to team members in deal execution, client interactions, and professional development.
Work closely with the Head of M&A to explore new market opportunities and expand the client base.
Work closely with the senior leadership team to align M&A activities with overall company objectives.

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field. MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.
Proven experience in M&A within the mid-market space, with a focus on deal execution and origination.
Strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills.
