The main responsibilities will be:

  • Prepare and deliver regular financial performance reports;
  • Perform monthly cost analysis, including detailed variance explanations;
  • Assist in developing annual budgets and revenue forecasting models;
  • Conduct ad hoc analyses for various business strategies, ventures, and operations;
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across cross-functional teams;
  • Develop a deep understanding of company operations, products, and jurisdictions;
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations to drive business growth;
  • Present findings and solutions to leadership teams to support decision-making;
  • Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders to resolve issues efficiently.

Key skills and experience for this role:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field; postgraduate qualification is a plus;
  • 3-5 years of experience in financial analysis roles;
  • Advanced Excel skills, including expertise in complex formulas and data manipulation;
  • Experience in financial modelling and forecasting;
  • Familiarity with SQL or similar query languages is beneficial;
  • Strong analytical mindset with exceptional attention to detail;
  • Confident communicator with the ability to present insights to leadership teams;
  • Proactive in voicing ideas and challenging current practices constructively;
  • Adaptable and able to manage diverse tasks and priorities effectively;
  • Comfortable working autonomously in a remote or hybrid environment.
