About the job:

Your role will be to lead the Europe Region L&D function while ensuring alignment with the overall business strategic direction and industry’s requirements.

Responsibilities:

  • Create and execute learning strategies and programs for Europe Region
  • Handle the training and professional development of company employees.
  • Make the most out of people's talents and help them develop to their full potential.
  • Keep a strong focus not just on what the learner wants and needs, but also on the needs of the organisation.
  • Developing and implementing learning strategies and programs.
  • Designing e-learning courses, career plans, workshops.
  • Maintaining budgets and relationships with vendors and consultants.
  • Assess the success of development plans and help employees make the most of learning opportunities.
  • Help managers develop their team members through career pathing.
  • Track budgets and negotiate contracts.
  • Design and deliver e-learning courses, workshops and other trainings

Requirement:

• Previous experience in learning and Development area at least 5 years.

• Higher education in HR or related areas;

• Mandatory to have previous experience in hospitality and with training and knowledge in food and beverage operations.

• Fluent English

• Detail-oriented, well-organized;

• Able to handle multitasking projects and working under pressure;

• Advanced excel knowledge;
