They’re expanding into new markets and looking for a driven Business Development Manager to take ownership of growth across key channels. This is a hands-on, entrepreneurial role where you’ll make a visible impact and help shape the future commercial direction of the business. Role: Drive new business opportunities across B2B channels: including contract caterers, café chains, coffee groups, hotel chains, and office suppliers. Manage the full sales process from research and outreach through to negotiation and account development. Work collaboratively with NPD, Operations, and Supply Chain to bring new products and formats to market. Conduct market analysis and competitor reviews to identify new growth opportunities. Focus on building long-term partnerships and supporting the wider commercial strategy. Note: This role is primarily office/home-based with limited travel - ideal for someone who enjoys the commercial and strategic side of business development. Ideal Candidate: 3–5 years’ experience in business development or B2B sales - ideally within food, drink, or premium FMCG. A confident relationship-builder with strong negotiation and influencing skills. Commercially minded and proactive, with a track record of winning new accounts and delivering growth. Hands-on, organised, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. Full UK driving licence and eligibility to work in the UK.
