The Partner Marketing Strategist // EMEA is responsible for creating and executing scalable marketing programs that benefit CallTower’s EMEA Partner Program. The position’s mission is to strategically market and align sales team members within the EMEA community, fast-track CallTower’s brand with increased marketplace knowledge and sales conversion through tactical efforts. The position will actively work within CallTower’s marketing team to drive sales growth through EMEA partner alliances.
This is a critical role on the Marketing team and will require a good mix of abilities that include: aptitude to understand and explain multiple solutions’ value propositions, strong written, verbal and presentation skills, event management, and dedication to significant business growth.
The Partner Marketing Strategist // EMEA responsible for expanding CallTower’s thought leadership, brand, and partner alliance via territory alignment, in-person event, mentoring and business development. In addition, the Strategic Partner Marketing position is responsible for identifying “high-performing” as well as “under-performing” regions and taking the necessary actions to address these evaluations.
Position Summary: The Partner Marketing Strategist // EMEA must be enthusiastic, self-motivated, work well within a team setting, deadline-oriented, curious, creative, outgoing, and a highly motivated individual.
Create EMEA brand awareness.
Build/adapt brand to local EMEA audience.
Establish key relationships to hit our goals in EMEA expansion.
Collaborate with top UK VAR/MSP/Integrators Collaborating with local partners will help us establish a strong presence.
Facilitate and coordinate all EMEA events.
Social videos via LinkedIn with new EMEA partners discussing who we are/what we
Use digital channels, SEO, LinkedIn videos, email campaigns, content building for the UK audience (localize marketing materials)
Engage with industry influencers in the UK to help raise our brand awareness (social videos/webinars)
Create and deliver program goals, partner educational email workflows, training, assets, and collateral.
Liaison between external partners and internal Sales, Product, Solution Architects and Marketing teams.
Facilitate organization of multiple projects with precision and timeliness.
Management of social media to amplify partner programs, including LinkedIn, LinkedIn Newsletters, curate original written, podcast, and video content, development of initiatives to cultivate a knowledgebase on YouTube with CallTower TV.
Bachelor’s degree in business, Communication, or a related field.
~3 + years partner enablement experience, preferably with a successful track record of coordinating with project teams
~ Highly skilled in CRM (Salesforce.com) reporting and dashboards and marketing automation tools (preferably HubSpot).
~ Develop targeted go-to-market growth strategies for each EMEA partnership.
~ Successful track record of planning and execution. Drives revenue through building and managing pipeline.
~ Can craft creative, positive, and successful approaches. Dedicated to helping others improve, find purpose in the day-to-day, coaching others.
~ Build growth alliances with key partners, and Sales teams, schedules quarterly business reviews, coordinates channel events, and creatively plans and executes growth strategies.
