Territory Business Manager – Surgical/Wound Care – Rest of Hospital

Scope:

Our client are a global technology company who operate in over 100 countries. They continue to dominate the market, and as a result, are seeking a motivated individual to join their team in North East England. This is a great opportunity for a nurse with a strong sales aptitude to make the change to a commercial role. As a high calibre Territory Business Manager, you will be rewarded with a great sales incentive bonus plan and many other benefits.

Responsibilities:

  • Executing surgical solutions value proposition for the acute (hospital) portfolio including wound care and IV dressing car
  • Developing and managing favourable relationships with the key decision makers & department leaders that cover wide range of roles inc. clinicians, procurement and dept leaders
  • Driving pathways to reduce infection rates
  • Supporting in value-based pricing that will drive profitable growth
  • Creating value with total portfolio selling
  • Developing & executing a business plan to prioritize account calls, activities, penetration, and product use.

About You:

  • Life Science/Business/Clinical/Nurse Degree and/or relevant experience, preferred
  • Clinical/sales experience of wound care/IV solutions/products
  • Experience of selling medical equipment/machines or relevant clinical experience
  • Experience/ability to manage key accounts & opportunities through professional customer relationship management process & application
  • Promoting wound care and IV portfolio in acute setting
  • Current, Valid Driver’s license is required, as you will be issued a company vehicle for this position
  • Fluent in English both written and verbal, essential
  • Ability to travel 50% of your time
