Business Development Manager for Additional Services at Bridges Estate Agents
Are you an experienced Business Development Manager looking for a dynamic career opportunity in a market-leading estate agency? As a Business Development Manager at Bridges, you will play a crucial role in driving growth and development within our profitable department, working alongside our Residential Sales business to deliver the best customer experience in the industry across Hampshire and Surrey. You will be based in one of our local offices, surrounded by like-minded, bright, and outgoing colleagues.
Conduct daily morning meetings with the Director.
* Evaluate performance in weekly strategy meetings, ensuring targets are met.
* Identify and maximise lead and business opportunities across the group.
* Develop improvement strategies and work with teams to implement them, including providing training.
* Set up new starters for success with structured inductions and training.
* Become proficient with RPS and partner CRMs, working with finance teams for accurate data.
* Collaborate with the marketing department to create and run digital and eMarketing campaigns.
* Produce social media content to promote department services.
