About the role
  • Serve as a reliable advisor and collaborator for both management and employees on HR-related issues.
  • Create and execute HR strategies , policies, and initiatives to align with organizational goals.
  • Lead recruitment efforts, including candidate selection and onboarding processes.
  • Oversee performance evaluations, career growth plans, and succession planning activities.
  • Provide guidance to managers on resolving personnel issues and fostering a supportive work environment.
  • Ensure compliance with HR laws and employment regulations while offering advisory support.
  • Identify training requirements and coordinate training sessions and workshops.
  • Contribute to organizational development and change management projects.
The successful candidate
  • You are already an HRBP profile that has worked in a multisite fast-paced environment.
  • You know the Dutch labor laws and regulations.
  • You have experience working and communicating with unions and syndicates.
  • You speak English and Dutch
  • You are flexible, systematic, and hands-on.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to align HR initiatives with business objectives and drive organizational change
