The position of Senior VM Manager - EMEA is the glue for the brand. This role is responsible for translating global guidelines into region-specific merchandising strategies and communicating those to store, area, and district managers, visual teams, and cross-functionalpartners.
The position of Senior VM Manager - EMEA will be responsible for the following key areas:

- Act as a brand ambassador at all times
- Develop, communicate and implement promotional strategies that align with the promotional calendar and game plan to drive KPI achievement
- Translate global brand and product campaign plans into regional implementations
- Digital content management for inline store formats
- Review and implement seasonal zoning plans with VM and Store Manager
- Plan, establish, and communicate capacities for full-price (inline) and outlet store formats
- Develop capacity plans seasonally, in partnership with merchandising, retail marketing and store operations partners
- Assist on special projects related on fixture design/development and store layouts
- Partner with RD to help identify key business opportunities, ensuring accurate location plans by store
- Create consistent in-store merchandise presentations through compelling product placement
- Lead Visual Merchandising efforts throughout store openings and seasonal resets
- Adapt global guidelines for inline and factory stores: including setting and communicating regional guidelines to stores
- Provide ongoing feedback to stores on visual strengths and opportunities

About you:

- Extensive retail marketing and VM experience
- A real people's person, able to quickly build and further maintain excellent relationships
- A motivational leadership style, someone who leads by example, with passion and integrity
- Culturally aware, preferably with experience managing across EMEA regions
- A drive to push and influence and an openness to change
- Minimum 5 years experience operating at a similar level within a sports/lifestyle/fashion brand
- Comfortable travelling regularly
