Curiosity and creativity in exploring new technologies and approaches, including the responsible use of AI in design.
Strong understanding of iOS and Android patterns, design languages, technical constraints and platform behaviours.
Ability to influence design direction through insights, evidence, and rapid conceptual thinking.
Excellent collaboration, effective communication and storytelling skills with leadership, stakeholders and peers, building trust and nurturing strong relationships.
A passion for continuous learning and development, with a proactive approach to enhance ways of working and collaboration, contributing to design operations for XD.
