Nofence is a pioneering Norwegian company at the forefront of modern agriculture technology, with a mission to revolutionize livestock management. Nofence has developed a cutting-edge virtual fencing system that utilizes advanced GPS technology and intelligent collars to replace traditional physical barriers. 
This role will be a key part of the management team and overall responsible for Nofence’s supply chain planning, procurement, manufacturing, and distribution as the company continues to scale. The challenge in this role will be to take lead in major strategic decisions, making sure the entire supply chain is set up for expansion in terms of volumes, distribution and sales channels, geography and quality. The ideal candidate has a commercial mindset in addition to a strong background in process and technical manufacturing industries and is also passionate about the opportunity to further advance sustainable agriculture on a global scale. You will be part of an ambitious and high-performing team at Nofence and be given a chance to excel based upon your expertise, knowledge, capacity, and motivation.
Previous experience from a leading position in manufacturing and supply chain management, in close collaboration with product and engineering
Strong analytical skills and thrives working with data
Strong communication (working language is English), planning and negotiation skills Used to collaborating and navigating among different stakeholders, both internally and externally
High energy level, comfortable leading multifaceted projects in conjunction with day-to-day activities

The data-driven analytics offered by Nofence’s technology empowers farmers with insights that inform strategic decisions. Good grazing management is essential for grass regrowth, and Nofence allows farmers to change the barriers that the livestock is roaming.
