Position: Operations Director/Chief Operating Officer (COO)

Salary: Up to £100,000 per year

Job Description: As the Operations Director/COO, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our venues, ensuring the highest standards of service and quality. You will work closely with the executive team to develop and implement strategic plans that drive growth and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the overall operations of multiple venues within the hospitality group.
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance efficiency, profitability, and guest satisfaction.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and industry standards.
  • Oversee financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork and professional development.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to elevate the guest experience and operational processes.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional campaigns.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for innovation and growth.

  • Proven experience in a senior operations management role within the hospitality industry.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • In-depth knowledge of financial management and performance metrics.
  • Ability to think strategically and execute operational plans effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
