The Role

Reporting into the CEO, the Chief Operating Officer will lead the Operations department globally and support business development, ensuring optimal levels of service, productivity and global performance.

The Chief Operating Officer will align objectives of the Operations area with the business vision, mission and values and ensure that they are achieved.

They will also manage governance processes of Operations and ensure the availability and quality of materials, as well as operational excellence across the company and developing employees. The primary goal is to increase the organisations productivity, efficiency and profitability.

Location

The role is open to be performed at any of the company's office locations (Chester or London UK, Germany, Spain and The Netherlands. Regular travel will be required to their operational sites in Europe as well as travel to the head quarters in the Chester, UK.

Key Selection Criteria

Technical Skills, Experience and Education (Must Haves)

  • BSc, MSc or equivalent.
  • Minimum 5 years experience in a similar role with Operations Management
  • Experience as a Chief Operating Officer or equivalent role
  • Experience within the cosmetic, aesthetic or medical devices sectors.
  • Strategic planning and business development experience
  • Strong written and verbal and presentation skills
  • Strong leadership and organisational skills

Technical Skills, Experience and Education (Desirable)

  • Degree within Supply Chain or Operations Management
  • Additional languages

Compensation and Benefits
