Working hours: Full-time, 2 days off per week

I'm currently looking to recruit a Sous Chef on behalf of my client, a prestigious Michelin-starred restaurant nestled in the heart of London. Responsibilities: Collaborate with the Head Chef to create and execute innovative and high-quality dishes. Oversee the kitchen operations during service, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow. Train and mentor kitchen staff to maintain the restaurant's standards of excellence. Manage inventory and food costs to optimize profitability while maintaining quality. Uphold health and safety standards in accordance with regulations and best practices. Requirements: Previous experience working in a Michelin-starred or fine dining establishment. Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively manage a team. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment. Creativity and passion for culinary arts, with a focus on delivering exceptional dining experiences. Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.
