We are currently seeking a talented Sous Chef to join a prestigious 1 rosette business based near King's Lynn. As a Sous Chef, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Head Chef in managing a team of skilled chefs and professionals, working across multiple dining outlets.

In this role, you will have the chance to showcase your culinary expertise in menu creation across various dining experiences, including ala carte, fine dining, bistro dining, and delightful afternoon teas. As a Sous Chef, you will also have the opportunity to assist in cost control, ensuring efficient operations while maintaining profitability. You will play a role in monitoring Gross Profit and being accountable for overall profit, contributing to the success of the business.
