Business Development Associate (BDA) Role Newly developed position to support the growing activity within Business Development at an established private healthcare provider / hospital group. Role will be UK wide, however with a focus on Cambridge, Oxford and London. Primary responsibility is to engage with new clinicians to become partners within the targeting (above) Joint Ventures. The role is a sales/development role, whereby having to identify and engage with clinicians to create a partnership, with the clinicians investing into the Joint Venture, as well as committing to moving their private practice to the new centre (from existing providers) Broad management of the projects are required, from daytime and evening meetings with clinicians, business case progression, and eventually profit & loss development (for new projects) The role is positioned as part of the business development team. This provides a career pathway to progress to a BDM in the future and take full responsibility for existing or new projects Package - £45-50,000 per annum + bonus (15-30% of salary

cash and equity) and usual benefits (e.g. private health care, etc.) Expectation to work both remotely and from head office in central London, and nationwide travel required (Can be evening and some weekends, where necessary)
