What you will be doing...

 

Join our team as a Customer and Park Support Assistant, where every day is an opportunity to make someone's holiday experience extraordinary. In this role, you'll be the friendly face (or voice) that our guests, owners, and colleagues rely on, solving challenges with a smile and a "can-do" attitude. Here’s what you’ll be up to:

 

Customer Care: Be the go-to person for all things customer-related, from answering pre-arrival questions to resolving any in-stay issues. You'll play a key role in ensuring that holidays are as stress-free as they are memorable.

 

Commercial Savvy: Partner with our commercial team to assist with booking queries and changes, helping our guests get the most out of their stay and making their experience seamless from start to finish.

 

Colleague Collaboration: You’ll be part of a dynamic support team that’s available seven days a week, ready to offer a helping hand across various communication channels. Whether it's coaching a teammate, providing on-the-spot assistance, or sharing your expertise, you’ll be an integral part of the action.

  • Fantastic service skills across multiple communication channels – both verbal and written.
  • Enjoy problem solving with a solution focussed view.
