National Account Manager, Beauty (UK/IR)
Develop and implement long-term sales strategies to drive growth across the existing beauty brand portfolio.
Take full ownership of the P&L for the UK/IR market and provide oversight for sales performance in the wider EU region.
Lead and manage all sales channels, including Direct Sales, Wholesale, and Distributor networks.
Prepare accurate sales forecasts, deliver monthly sales reports, and conduct in-depth performance analysis.
Initiate and lead strategic business development projects to capture new opportunities and expand market presence.
Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with key retail and distribution partners across all channels.
Drive both sell-in and sell-out performance to increase market share and optimize revenue growth.
Partner with trade marketing teams to execute impactful campaigns that boost sales and enhance brand visibility.
Strengthen brand positioning by identifying new growth opportunities, increasing awareness, and improving profit margins.
Collaborate with senior management to evaluate and expand the product portfolio in alignment with market trends and business goals.

FMCG Background, Personal Care industry is preferred
· Good business relationship with local retailers
· Well analytical skills, project leading experience is a must
· Sales driven, ambitious, proactive and collaborative team player
· Proven track record of Sales and Account Management
· Strong Sales and Negotiation Skills
