Experienced Sales Executive

to join us from April to help us to drive our business to new hights. The ideal candidate will have a vast experience and a strong knowledge of the Events/ TV/ Film/ Media Production

and Set Construction Industry. The Sales Executive will play a pivotal role in the development of new business opportunities and the cooperation with existing clients. You will serve as the primary liaison picking up new briefs while working closely with our design and construction team

to bring client’s vision to life. You will have the opportunity to see the projects moving through our workshops and be able to speak with carpenters, scenic painters, metal workers, the tech team and installation managers. From inception to execution, you’ll

be at the forefront ensuring seamless communication and flawless project delivery. We are seeking a proactive individual with a proven track record of sales excellence and team leadership. You will bring a wealth of experience and expertise in the events/ media production and set construction industry and you will be able to maintain high

standards across all areas of business with a keen attention to details while navigating a dynamic and high pace environment. Function/ Role: Development of long term relationships with clients, focusing on quality of service and client satisfaction to drive repeat business Prospect for new business and build a full line of sales prospects, outreach through written, voice and online engagement Lead sourcing of new business Overseeing profitability through labour productivity, cost control and effective purchasing Work closely with our Management Team plus Construction and Paint Departments Site visits and surveys Transport and logistics knowledge Requirements: 3+ years of sales experience in the events/ media production and set construction industry High level of expertise in cold calling and prospecting Successful track record of generation new business revenue Excellent time management and outstanding organisational skills High level of self-motivation Able to work independently and as a part of a team with strong focus on KPI set by the business Ability to establish and nurture relationships with clients A can-do attitude and calmness under pressure Ability to work on multiple projects at the same time Understanding of production methods and materials Great attention to detail Technology Savvy
