As an Events Executive, you will support the event team in managing a variety of corporate and private client events, including conferences, social events, charity events, meetings, and parties.   • Support the event team in the management of a variety of corporate and private client events, including conferences, social events, flagship charity events, smaller meetings, and private parties.
  • Research suitable venues both in the UK and internationally to create unforgettable experiences.
  • Assist in designing and preparing event proposals, showcasing your creativity and attention to detail.
  • Contribute to pre-event logistics, ensuring seamless execution.
  • Have the potential to be onsite, working hands-on to deliver successful events.

  • Possess a keen eye for detail and ensure every aspect of an event is flawlessly executed.
  • Demonstrate the willingness and ability to travel for events, including internationally
  • Thrive in a team environment, collaborating with colleagues to achieve outstanding results.
  • Display a proactive and assertive attitude, taking initiative to tackle challenges head-on.
  • Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Enjoy the variety and fast-paced nature of events, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Establish productive relationships with people at all organisational levels, displaying professionalism and diplomacy.
