As the site grows, you’ll help develop and recruit an enhanced leadership structure, ensuring the operation is set up for future success.
Lead complex accounts with confidence and commercial clarity
Assess an operation quickly and lift standards across service, food, people and process
Develop an existing team with patience, coaching and structure
Committed to maintaining top tier service standards, at all times
Experience in hospitality-led environments such as premium staff dining, fine dining restaurants or 5* hotels.
Solid financial and commercial expertise
