Driving and running the unit alongside clinical duties in the home, including observation, medication, and reviewing individual care plans.
Providing clinical guidance to the care team and delivering best practice continually.
Ensuring policies and standards meet high clinical standards.
Assisting with all CQC tasks.
Building strong connections with residents and their families, providing them with the care and support they deserve.An hourly rate of up to £24.06 with paid breaks.
Weekend Enhancement of £1.50 per hour.
