The Opportunity

We're seeking a talented and experienced Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team, a critical role focused on generating new business opportunities and contributing significantly to the agency's growth. This position demands comfort in leveraging platforms like Crunchbase and LinkedIn for lead generation, expertise in cold job calling, and the ability to sell premium services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of innovative strategies for generating and capturing leads, primarily through Crunchbase and LinkedIn.
  • Conduct high-volume prospecting to qualify leads via cold calling, email, and social outreach.
  • Maintain a robust sales pipeline ensuring a seamless transition of prospects through the sales funnel.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align on targeted campaigns.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets.

Your Skillset

  • Proven experience in digital marketing or relevant sales/customer service role.
  • Proficiency in leveraging platforms like Crunchbase and LinkedIn for lead generation.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Track record of achieving sales quotas.
  • Familiarity with CRM software.
