The role will be to manage branch activity and the successful candidate will be responsible for staff management and business growth.

As Branch Manager, your role will consist of the following;

  • You will head up a team of property professionals including negotiators and valuers to ensure the smooth running of the branch on a day-to-day basis
  • Be involved in progressing sales and rentals from offer through to completion
  • Advising clients on the best course of action to achieve the best price for their property
  • Matching potential buyers requirements to properties currently on the market
  • Ensure all properties are listed correctly and all legal requirements have been met
  • Set out clear targets for your employees and provide the leadership they need in order to help achieve these targets

The branch handles both sales and lettings therefore the successful candidate will need a proven track record in both.

Key Requirements

  • At least 12 months experience as a Sales Negotiator/Branch Manager
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Professional, organised, and ambitious
  • Drive to hit or exceed targets
  • Local area knowledge
