About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Care Manager to join our team at Helping Hands. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of our branch, ensuring that it operates efficiently, profitably, and provides the highest standard of care to our customers.

Main Responsibilities
  • Manage the branch to ensure operational efficiency and profitability.
  • Hold the CQC/CIW registration for the branch and ensure compliance with CQC/CIW guidelines.
  • Recruit and develop a high-performing team of carers, ensuring they receive the necessary training and support.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive commercial growth.
  • Regularly review branch operations to ensure customer needs are met and policies are implemented effectively.
About You

To succeed in this role, you will need a level 5 NVQ in Management in care or be willing to work towards achieving this. You should also have knowledge of regulatory requirements and best practice in line with CQC/CIW guidance, as well as experience working in the care sector at management level. A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle are also essential.
