Based in their Burton Office, you will be a part of a small bubbly team. Your new role Working as a part of a team, you will undertake the following tasks - training will be provided. Collection of overdue accounts as agreed with the Collections Supervisor/Manager. Correspond daily with customers both verbally and in writing. Advise and regularly update relevant staff of any significant collections case and its progress. Reschedule customer agreements when appropriate and agreed. Liaise with insurance companies, repossession agents, legal representation and Insolvency Practitioners. Ensure that all Governance and Compliance requirements are adhered to and all reporting and reviewing activities required by the Regulatory Bodies are carried out to the standards required. What you'll need to succeed To be a successful candidate, you must have the following: You have good telephone manners. Good administration skills Be able to listen to direction You have excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills with a strong customer service focus. You have the ability to adapt to working styles depending on customers and situations. You'll have a proactive mindset and strong initiative. You are highly numerate with a strong analytical ability.
