Join Sharp Electronics Europe as HR & Payroll Admin
This is a full time position working 3 days from the office, 2 days from home.
Are you a detail-oriented, proactive professional ready to take your HR career to the next level? We’re on the lookout for an HR & Payroll Admin who will also be in charge of maintaining the current LMS, to become an essential part of our SEE HR team at Sharp’s European HQ.

Oversee full-cycle onboarding and offboarding, handling contracts, HR system setups, and induction.
Provide vital support to the HR Manager and European HR Director with data collation and documentation.
Track and manage probation periods, contract changes, and compliance with right-to-work regulations.
Partner with our external payroll provider to manage monthly payroll data, covering starters, leavers, bonuses, and benefits.
Ensure timely renewals and terminations for fixed-term contracts.
Be the first point of contact for HR support requests and manage the SEE HR inbox effectively.
Experienced in an HR administrative and Learning & Development role
Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with databases preferred. Project management and presentation skills are a bonus.
