We are excited to continue to grow our team and are always on the lookout for highly talented and motivated individuals, who are passionate about gaming and excited to join us on our ambitious journey The Role: We are seeking a technically-minded Producer to join us in crafting a revolutionary game that captivates players. Join us and become a key contributor to our agile development process and execution pipeline, evolving the architecture of our core technologies and working with us to ensure predictable delivery of major project milestones. Become champion of our Agile/SCRUM framework and proactively manage dependencies, velocity and team capacity; along with driving the project forward while maintaining alignment between technical and product vision. About you: You will join us with having successfully delivered complex projects in the Games industry. Detail-oriented and passionate about games (potentially even in the free-to-play space), you will have collaborated seamlessly across diverse technical teams while motivating and guiding towards achieving their objectives. With in-depth experience working in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.), you will have already consistently demonstrated the ability to strategically adapt and apply these frameworks to maximise team effectiveness. If you've supported a game in Live Ops, you also will bring a solid understanding of delivering a robust, high-availability service for our global player base, potentially including experience with such things as rapid deployment procedures, exciting seasonal content etc. What can Pixel Toys offer?
