**Playground Games is looking for a Media Services Producer to join our Fable team on a permanent basis.**:
**About us**:
As a first-party Xbox Game Studio, we are passionate about making genre-defining games that are accessible, beautiful, and, most of all, fun. We are excited to be rebooting the much-loved Fable franchise and are expanding our diverse team to create a new classic in the action RPG genre.

**About the role**:
This is a permanent role based at our state-of-the-art facilities in Royal Leamington Spa, with a hybrid work model in place. Relocation assistance is available if required.

**What you’ll do**:

- Develop and own the digital media roadmaps and schedules, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with quality standards.
- Manage the teams that develop, produce, and edit high-quality digital content including videos, podcasts, social media content, web content, and interactive media.
- Oversee the entire production process from concept to completion, managing timelines, budgets, and resources.
- Coordinate the efforts of cross-functional teams including marketing, design, game development teams, and external vendors to ensure cohesive content strategies and execution.
- Contribute to the development of digital media strategies that align with company goals and target audience needs.
- Ensure all digital content meets brand guidelines, quality standards, and platform specifications.
- Monitor and analyse the performance of digital content, providing insights and recommendations for improvement based on data-driven metrics.

**What you’ll bring**:

- Proven experience in a Production role within the game or film industry.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Exposure to a range of project management software packages.
- Creative thinker with strong storytelling and visual design skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- A good grasp of art, game design and technical fundamentals, including console platform considerations.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Risk management experience.
